Unauthorized Use of CDAS Logo on Marketing Materials, Invoices, and Web Platforms
Dear CDAS Members, Industry Partners, and Service Buyers,
It has come to the attention of CDAS that certain companies have been using our association’s logo on their marketing collaterals, invoices, websites, and other materials in an attempt to gain credibility or secure business opportunities.
We wish to remind everyone that unauthorized use of the CDAS logo is strictly prohibited. CDAS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for such actions, and firm legal action will be taken against any company misusing our logo without valid membership.
We strongly advise all service buyers to exercise due diligence. If in doubt, please verify a company’s membership status directly with the association or refer to the official membership list available on our platform.
Please note that all CDAS members undergo a stringent audit process as part of their corporate membership application, which reflects their competency and commitment to industry standards.
Companies that are not registered members of CDAS are hereby sternly advised to remove any unauthorized use of the CDAS logo immediately. Failure to comply may result in legal consequences.
